WARRIOR BELIEFS
Forn Siðr is a warrior spirituality that embraces our fundamental evolutionary traits and characteristics as males in our natural environment. The ancestral belief is based on our truth, our forefathers, our culture, our identity, our genetic knowledge, our masculinity and our innate freedom that all pre-date civilization. The “Old Customs” define our identity and allow us as men to chart our own path.
We do not pray to the Norse Æsir, Ásynjur, Vanir, Jötnar, Aðrir, Kindir, or Kynja (Old Norse terms do not translate to "gods"), nor do we expect them to tell us what to do or how to behave. They are our ancestors, they are ideals we strive to achieve, they are ourselves, they are us. They are our identity.
A fundamental aspect of Forn Siðr is that its doctrine is defined by a natural and primal order of things rather than man-made rules that tend to devolve with societal trends. What we believe in today is exactly what we believed in at the beginning of times. Furthermore, with the sacred masculine being the foundation of Forn Siðr, we do not try to control or manipulate men, but instead, we provide them with the tools, knowledge and support necessary to develop their primal self, to follow their true ancestral path, and as a result, to embrace our ways on their own accord.
We want you to be a true wolf among all the Abrahamic (including Asatru) sheep.
Í vegi jarðar. That is the way of things.
